The Eames plastic side chair is a contemporary version of the legendary 1950's fibreglass original, designed by Charles and Ray Eames. In 1993 Vitra reissued the classic Eames side chair using a polypropylene shell, available in 8 colours and with 3 different base options.

DSR - pylon base in chrome or powder coated.
DSW - maple legs with black steel cross bars.
DSX - stacking legs in chrome or powder coated.

The option with powder-coated legs is suitable for outdoor use.
