Vitra Panton Porcupine Desk
Jongerius, HellaAn ideal companion to the children's Junior Panton Chair, the Porcupine Desk provides children with the perfect place to play or draw. This small wooden table contrasts perfectly with the plastic of the Panton chair and with its asymmetrical shape takes on its own identity.
The surface of the Porcupine Desk shows a printed motif resembling a charm bracelet with animal shapes and other symbols attached to a chain link circle. Some of the links in the chain are bored through the tabletop so that the coloured felt tips (which are supplied with the desk) can be stored in the holes - hence the Porcupine effect from where the Porcupine Desk derives its name.
The Porcupine Desk is available in two different colour combinations: brown front with light pink motif and olive green front with light blue motif.
